Official Rules of the Giveaway

1. Organizing Company

The organizing company of this giveaway is Nordic Solutions S.L.U., with VAT number B64472426, responsible for the brand ELIXIVA, with domicile in Spain.

2. Promotion Objective

To celebrate the upcoming launch of ELIXIVA products, the organizing company will hold a promotional giveaway aimed at users who register on the website and follow the brand on Instagram to receive a notification when the products are available.

3. Participation Requirements

All individuals over 18 years of age who meet the following requirements may participate in the giveaway:

Complete the registration form available on the website.
Follow the official ELIXIVA account on Instagram (@elixiva_es).

Participation is limited to one entry per person and email address.

Only the first 100 users who register correctly through the form available on the website will participate in the giveaway.

The organizing company reserves the right to exclude duplicate, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries.

4. Additional Entries (optional)

Participants can obtain additional entries in the giveaway by performing optional actions on the official giveaway post published on the Instagram account @elixiva_es.

These actions may include:

Liking “Me gusta” the giveaway post.
Commenting on the post mentioning one or more friends.

Each comment mentioning different friends may be counted as an additional entry, provided that the mentions correspond to real profiles.

Repeated comments or mentions of fake, commercial, or automated accounts will not be allowed.

5. Prize

The prize will consist of an experience package such as Smartbox or equivalent, provided by an experience provider.

The package may belong to Smartbox or another similar experience brand, subject to availability at the time of delivery.

The prize:

Is not transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Is subject to the terms of use established by the experience package provider

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random drawing from among the participants who meet the conditions established in these rules.

The drawing will take place once the limit of 100 registered participants has been reached.

Before prize delivery, the organizing company may verify that the winner follows the official Instagram account @elixiva_es.

If this requirement is not met, a new winner will be selected.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during registration.

If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, the organizing company may select a new winner through a new drawing.

8. Data Protection

Personal data provided by participants will be processed by Nordic Solutions S.L.U. for the purpose of:

Managing participation in the giveaway
Announcing the launch of ELIXIVA products
Sending brand-related communications

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, or opposition in accordance with current data protection regulations.

9. Responsibility

The organizing company is not responsible for possible technical incidents, connection failures, or computer problems that may prevent proper participation in the giveaway.

Likewise, the organizing company will not be responsible for the management or terms of use of the experience package offered as a prize, which will depend on the corresponding provider.
